Overview

Our refund policy applies exclusively to interior design consulting services offered by Dream Creation LLC, and lasts 30 days from the date of service purchase. If 30 days have passed since your booking, we cannot offer a full refund or service adjustment.
To be eligible for a refund, the consulting service must not have been initiated—meaning no design consultations (virtual or in-person) have been conducted, no preliminary concepts or deliverables have been shared, and our team has not invested time in project research or planning. For services that involve physical deliverables (e.g., printed design portfolios, material samples), the items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Services & Items

Several types of services and deliverables are exempt from refunds, including:
  • Fully or partially completed design consulting services (e.g., consultations conducted, design plans delivered, material sourcing finalized)
  • Custom design assets (3D renderings, floor plans, mood boards, personalized design proposals) that have been created and shared with you
  • Rush services, emergency consultations, or after-hours support (pre-approved by the client)
  • Third-party vendor fees, material deposits, or subcontractor costs (we will assist with cancellations where possible, but refunds depend on vendor policies)
  • Digital design files that have been downloaded or accessed by the client
  • Physical deliverables (e.g., material samples, printed portfolios) that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted only in the following situations:
  • The service is canceled after initiation but before key deliverables (e.g., final design plan, vendor coordination) are completed—refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work finished at the time of request.
  • The refund request is submitted between 15–30 days of purchase (a 20% administrative fee may apply to cover time and resources invested).
  • There is a verified breach of service agreement (e.g., missed deadlines, failure to meet the agreed-upon scope of work, or errors in deliverables).

Refund Process

  1. Submit a formal refund request to tesema@dreamcreation.online with your full name, service order number, and detailed reason for the request (including supporting documentation if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you via email of the approval or rejection.
  3. For approved refunds:
    • Full refunds (for unused, uninitiated services) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
    • Partial refunds will be calculated and credited within 10–14 business days.
  4. If returning physical deliverables (e.g., printed portfolios, unopened material samples), mail them to our return address below with your order number clearly marked on the package.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeline:
  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement for pending transactions (refunds may take additional time to post depending on your financial institution).
  2. Contact your credit card issuer or bank to inquire about processing delays.
  3. If the issue persists, email tesema@dreamcreation.online with your refund approval confirmation, order number, and payment details for follow-up.

Service Adjustments (Instead of Exchanges)

We do not offer direct exchanges of services, but we can adjust your service package (e.g., upgrade from virtual consultation to full project management, or switch from residential to small commercial design) if requested within 15 days of purchase. Additional fees may apply for upgrades, and any price difference will be due at the time of adjustment.

Gifts & Gift Cards

  • If the service was purchased as a gift and the recipient has not initiated the service, the gift giver may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • If the gift has been partially used, the gift giver will receive a partial refund based on the work completed.
  • Gift cards for our design services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Shipping for Returned Physical Deliverables

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning physical deliverables. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
For high-value physical items (e.g., custom material sample kits over $100), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
