2. Billing Terms

• Service Billing Models: We offer two billing options—One-Time Consulting Services (single project, non-recurring fees) and Subscription Plans (monthly/quarterly ongoing design support, e.g., seasonal space refreshes). All service details, including scope, pricing, and billing frequency, are clearly outlined at checkout.
• Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as dreamcreation.online to clearly identify your purchase.
• Payment Requirements: Full payment is required upfront for one-time services. Subscription plans require a valid payment method for recurring billing—you may cancel subscriptions at any time with 30 days’ written notice (no refunds for partial subscription periods).
• Additional Fees: Extra charges may apply for rush services (completed within 72 hours of booking), travel (for in-person consultations beyond 25 miles of Aurora, CO), or post-delivery revisions exceeding the included 2 rounds. We will notify you of any additional fees in writing before proceeding.

3. Service & Order Terms

• Service Scope: All design consulting services are defined by the agreed-upon package (e.g., virtual consultation, full residential design, material sourcing, 3D renderings). Changes to scope must be requested in writing and may result in revised pricing or timelines.
• Deliverables: We strive to provide accurate, high-quality deliverables within the stated timeline (e.g., 5–7 business days for preliminary concepts, 10–14 days for full design plans). Deliverables may include digital files (PDFs, renderings), material sample kits, or printed portfolios (as selected at booking).
• Intellectual Property: Design concepts, plans, and custom assets created by Dream Creation LLC remain our intellectual property unless a separate copyright transfer agreement is purchased. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended personal or commercial space.
• Order Processing: After payment confirmation, we will contact you within 2 business days to schedule your consultation or kick off the design process. We require timely feedback (within 5 business days of receiving draft deliverables) to meet project timelines.
• Cancellations: One-time services may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations made 2–14 days after purchase are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made 15+ days after purchase (as work will have initiated).
• Service Availability: We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if the project scope is deemed unsafe, unfeasible, or in conflict with local building codes. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your space (dimensions, photos, structural constraints, HOA rules) and design preferences to ensure deliverables align with your needs.
• Grant access to the space for in-person consultations (if applicable) and coordinate with third parties (e.g., contractors, landlords) as needed.
• Review draft deliverables promptly and provide clear, constructive feedback to avoid delays.
• Comply with local building codes, permits, and legal requirements when implementing design plans—we are not responsible for code violations resulting from unapproved modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Dream Creation LLC’s total liability for any claims related to your service is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service(s) in question.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to contractor errors, material defects, delays caused by third parties, or dissatisfaction with implementation (beyond our design deliverables).
• We do not guarantee the availability of third-party vendors, materials, or pricing recommended in our design plans.
• Our design recommendations are based on industry standards and best practices, but final results depend on factors beyond our control (e.g., contractor workmanship, material availability, budget changes).
